This is the "Schloßberg Tower" in Freiburg, Germany. It is located on top of the Schloßberg and its height is 30 meters. You have a wonderful view of the surrondings because all in all, you are almost 200 meters above street level (see photo of the Freiburg Münster). Incidentally, the coordinates of the tower are also the starting coordinates for the letterbox cache "Freiburger Schloßberg."
